Unearth a Story with the library’s 2026 Summer Reading Program!
June 1 – Registration begins! Stop by any RCLS location to complete a registration form and pick up a reading log.
July 31 – Last day to submit reading logs for entry in the grand prize drawing.
Level Up: Read Books and Earn Prizes!
Pick up your reading log at County Library, Haynes Branch Library, Mountains Branch Library, or the bookmobile. We have reading logs for adults, teens, children, and children under 5.

Activities Galore!
Beginning with the Summer Reading Kickoff Party at Forest City POPS (Monday, June 8, 10am to 12pm), there are a ton of free events happening for all ages this summer! Please note that registration is required for some activities.
