Requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance to give us ample time to review your request and assign it to the appropriate staff member. Appointments can range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the complexity of your service request.
Please note: Staff may be unable to assist with some tasks. Example: typing or editing documents, entering sensitive information such as Social Security or credit card numbers, etc.
