Teen Synthwave Art at County Library

Teens are invited to County Library on Friday, March 27th at 4:30pm to learn how to create their own tubular ’80s aesthetic art.

For those who don’t know, Synthwave is an art style that prominently features colors of neon shades, retro-style computer graphics, grid lines and stylized sunsets. Some other names for this art style include retrowave and futuresynth. Synthwave is also a music genre.

Registration is required. Please fill out the form below or call County Library at 828-287-6115 to sign up. Registration opens three weeks prior to the program.

We understand that schedules change, but in order to best serve our patrons, we ask that you notify the library via phone or email if you find that you are unable to attend. This gives us the opportunity to allow other patrons to register.
