Teen StarLab Stargazing at Mountains Branch

Teens are invited to Mountains Branch on Thursday, May 22nd at 4:30pm to explore the night skies using the StarLab inflatable planetarium, courtesy of the NC State Library. We will explore the night skies, watch the movie “From the Earth to the Universe” from ESO, learn how to use a star wheel, and make solar system bracelets!

Registration is required. Please call Mountains Branch at 828-287-6392 or fill out the form below. Unlike most of our other programs, you will also need to register for any parents who intend to enter the planetarium, as space is limited.

We understand that schedules change, but in order to best serve our patrons, we ask that you notify the library via phone or email if you find that you are unable to attend. This gives us the opportunity to allow other patrons to register.
