Taste the World at Mountains Branch

Welcome guest chef Yasemin Demir back to Mountains Branch Library as she prepares Greek Zucchini Fritters with a Tzatziki sauce on Friday, July 11th at 1:00pm!

Yasemin is a doula and postpartum chef serving in WNC and Upstate SC. Her cooking style is derived from her Mediterranean heritage combining Italian, Greek, and Middle Eastern cooking to nourish those in her community and bring people together through the vibrant flavors of her childhood.
