Ribbon Cutting at New County Library

Join us at County Library’s new location in the Government Services Center (145 College Avenue in Rutherfordton) for a ribbon cutting ceremony for all four departments (Board of Elections, County Library, Tax Office, and Veteran Services) on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 5:30pm!
