Kids Makerspace Monday at Haynes Branch

Why do leaves change color in the fall? Kids ages 5-11 are invited to Haynes Branch on Monday, September 8th at 4:3opm to learn about chlorophyll and how it affects the way leaves look throughout the year. Participants will watch a video about the science behind leaf colors and then do a fun craft!

Registration is required. Please call Haynes Branch at 828-288-4039 or fill out the form below to register. Registration opens three weeks prior to the program.

We understand that schedules change, but in order to best serve our patrons, we ask that you notify the library via phone or email if you find that you are unable to attend. This gives us the opportunity to allow other patrons to register.
