Join us at the County Library on Saturday, February 10th at 12:00pm for a one-hour informational session about journaling! Guest presenter Mae, an avid journal writer, will teach participants the ABCs of journaling, including the most important tip of all–you don’t need fancy pens and stamps and stickers to begin journaling!
Why journal? In addition to helping you keep track of important events and memories, journaling can also be therapeutic. Many journalers feel that keeping a journal benefits their mental and emotional wellbeing!
This program is for adults 16 and over, and registration is required. Pens and notebooks will be provided, although you are welcome to bring your own. To register, please call the County Library at 828-287-6115 or fill out the form below. Registration opens three weeks prior to the event.
