Halloween Block Party

Join Rutherford County Library in our Halloween Celebration! This outdoor festival features a costume contest, sidewalk chalk art gallery, spooky photo portrait stop, Creature Create Workshop, and special guest “Twist the Balloon Man.” Located in the parking lot next to County Library at 255 Callahan Koon Road in Spindale, the event will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 31, 2020.

Costume Contest begins at 11:00am.  There will be four categories: Best in Fright, Best Super Hero, Best Character (non-super hero), and Best Overall.  Special guest Rocki the Raccoon, the Keep Rutherford County Beautiful’s official mascot, will be our judge.
