Upcycled Fashion Show: Registration Begins!

Registration opens on June 1st for the 2026 Fiction-to-Fabulous Upcycled Fashion Show! This year’s theme is DECADENT DECADES (think eras of history!). The show itself will be held on Friday, July 24th at 6:30pm at County Library.

If you are registering for a TEAM, you only need to register once, not for each individual member of the team. 

What You Should Know:

1. Teams can consist of one or more people but must have at least one child/tween/teen.

2. There is a limit of 20 teams.

3. The point of contact for each team must be at least 16-years old.

4. Teams are required to use library-provided materials in the construction of their garment but can also add their own materials.

5. Teams must create ONE outfit (a one piece OR a top and bottom ensemble) and ONE accessory (such as a hat or bag).

6. Teams will be judged on creativity, utilization of library materials, and showmanship.

Important Dates:

• June 11: Registration Opens

• June 12: Registration Closes

• June 15: Participants Pick Up Materials

• June 30: Last Day to Pick Up Materials

• July 17: Fashion Show Rehearsal

• July 21: Fashion Show Rehearsal (alternate)

• July 24: The Fashion Show!

This registration form is ONLY for participants interested in competing in the fashion show. You do not need to register to be part of the audience on the big day!
