Eat the Rainbow at Mountains Branch

Join us at Mountains Branch on Thursday, April 2nd at 1:00pm as Sheri from the NC Cooperative Extension teaches us about phytonutrients and the importance of incorporating (naturally) colorful food into our diet! Participants will also get to sample a “rainbow salad” during the presentation.
