Digital Detox at County Library

Join us at County Library on Thursday, February 26th at 1:00pm as Sheri Ledford from the NC Cooperative Extension teaches us the importance of a “digital detox.”

Technology and screens are everywhere, and they are often helpful, but it’s important to be aware of how we spend our time online. Sheri will provide participants with tools to evaluate where we’re causing unnecessary stress, where we might be wasting time, and how to change unhealthy habits.

Registration is required. Please fill out the form below or call County Library at 828-287-6115 to sign up. Registration opens three weeks prior to the program.

We understand that schedules change, but in order to best serve our patrons, we ask that you notify the library via phone or email if you find that you are unable to attend. This gives us the opportunity to allow other patrons to register.
